With the new sequel ongoing right now. Toei should bring back zatch bell with a new remake. I really used watch this in my childhood days. But they only aired  first 4 episodes and never any beyond it. 
Also the sales of new volumes of the manga were reaching 100k in a week, this more than good enough for revival. Even if they decide to make a sequel I think they enough source material for it. Since what I have heard that anime ended mid way between the story.

nah, i think this is fine as it is. i'd rather get something new rather than a remake (im on board for a reimagining or a side story but i dont think that's what you meant)
zatch bell (as i know this by) is one of those 'no way this would get made today' type of shows (at least the first 10 episodes that i watched before switching to the manga) so im not really sure how they make this work, seeing that over the top animation would most likely detract from it.

People gonna shit over it because it uses the power of friendship trope a lot of times so I guess it is better untouched in the memories of the ones who like it

In my country almost every episode aired with dub. Toei wouldn't bother to make a remake because sales won't be enough.Now I am interested in the manga.

I would be there front and center; this is one of my favorite anime, and they ended just shy of the Mangas ending.

Impossible, this show has a ton of battles in all chapters, there's no money enough to make a decent adaptation unless they cut all shity battles that goes from chap 1 to 100.

The upcoming Zatch Bell smartphone RPG also list Toei Animation as developer, could this be a sign?

Remember that Dragon Quest Dai remake also comes in package, games and anime.
