Oshi no Ko's rating exposed many things

So , as you all know this anime is currently #1 with the first episode being an absolute banger, while i personally don't think it will stay #1 for the following reason
1. For it to stay #1 all other episodes have to deliver like the first one (naturally)
2. While it won't be #1, i still think it deserves a 9 or an 8 closer to 9
However, this rating that we're seeing exposed many things about this website. People who have watched the first episode easily know that it's a 10/10, if you're harsh maybe 9/10 or 8/10
People who dropped it in the middle might give it 6-7-5/10 (However that's stupid considering that you're rating an entire anime off of 1ep without finishing the first ep)
But there comes.... the special type , the kind that saw it get a 9.3/10 & haven't even watched the episode and give it a 1/10
This is a HUGE problem with this website, we saw this with Demon Slayer's new episode getting bombed with 1/10 for absolutely no reason, a sequel to an anime that is well respected and well made.
I'm seeing people rate hentai better than 86
what is going on?
When will this change? when will this website's rating system actually work correctly lol?
I would love if MAL added a feature where you couldn't rate an Episode or an Anime until you finish watching it.
Keep in mind Oshi no Ko would be at 9.7/10 if it didnt get bombed with 1/10s
