Hopefully some of the best arcs will be adapted in this season like the Cruise Arc and Loid's Backstory. Really good shit.

If they only take a one season break between cours it's usually considered one season still, sometimes called a "split cour". Really it should've aired for two seasons in a row, but it's becoming more common to split stuff up, possibly for cost reasons or to ease the workload on the staff.

no reason to give a season two entries on MAL then. so many shows doing this same thing are crowding the rankings.

I'd like more romance development this season, but more importantly I'm so happy that almost everything is getting sequels nowadays. You have no idea what it was like from 2012 - 2016 where we had this massive, massive onslaught of shows that'd only have their first season adapted and then complete radio silence from the studio.

Considering there's also going to be a movie next year, I expect this to be a 1 cour season animated by only one of the studios, while the other one handles the movie.
I wonder if we'll get to see Cruiser arc.

Cour 2 waa absolutely trash, it literally felt like watching fillers. I really enjoyed cour 1 thoroughly but cour 2 is just a ultimate disappointment. Nothing happens at all literally same thing happens every ep Anya messing around in school, forced Comedy, Tennis match. Like literally Zero plot progression.

I don't really understand you all. Sure part 2 wasn't as incredible as part 1 but it certainly isn't trash. I don't understand why it made so many people uninterested all of a sudden because I personally am really hyped for season 2.

Spy x family is objectively badly written. No plot progression, no foreshadowing, no symbolism, repetitive. People are just going to get disappointed again

No intention of continuing it at all. The anime presented itself with a plot but served something totally different. Very clownish move, dare I say.
