Is Nijigasaki a school for rich girls?

The campus looks nicer than state of the art modern universities. The school grounds is like a country club, they have tons of stage equipment, and spacious rooms for every club under the sun. The other Love Live schools are just regular Japanese high schools, meanwhile you'd have no problem sending the kids of royalty to Nijigasaki.

Kanata isn't exactly rich, she got a scholarship.

But yeah, I can assume Nijigasaki's tuition isn't cheap, if Yuigaoka has a music department, Nijigasaki has that too and more (life design, data science, etc.) and most of the Nijigasaki girls are well off.

It has bunch of 5 star facilities. So, yes.
(Example : cozy swimming pool & tab / iPad for learning media at the classroom).
