Who holds the copyright to Minami-ke?

Is it the studio who did each season? (Daume for season 1 and Asread for season 2, 3)

Or is their someone bigger company who holds the rights to Minami-ke. I wanted to ask permission if I could upload some episodes onto different websites, because it seems like more people should know about this show. And whoever uploaded season 1 w/ eng subs onto YouTube, I think his name is Mankiller or something, uploaded a horrible video quality. When people see this show, I'd like them to see it in the highest quality possible.

But I'm afraid if I upload episodes I'll get in trouble or something. So does anyone know who I should contact if I want to ask?
