I'm on ep 8 of the first season on the Japan Liberation front part and Lelouch just killed some of their members. So far from only watching 8 episodes would it be right for me to say that Lelouch could care less about Kallen and the rest of the elevens? He is using them as pawns to have some force against the Brittanians. The only reason he is doing this is for Nunally and to get payback on the emperor.

Yeah. At this point in the story, he doesn't care if Kallen and the others live or die.

I don’t want to spoil so continue watching. Right now he doesn’t as you can tell but relationships can change. Goals can change. If you keep watching you will find out.

he cares about them, especially kallen. you'll see that in mid season 2, so not gonna spoil. but yeah, no one comes before nunnally for him. I mean he is doing the whole stuff just to make the world a better place for nunnally to live in, so ig some of his actions gets justified over time.

Watch it for yourself, Lelouch is one of the most complicated characters in anime/manga history (I would argue the most complicated) and its very hard to classify him because he has SO many layers

Yes, his main goal is to take revenge on Brittania and make a better world for Nunally. Nothing matters more than that to him. Kallen and the others aren't JUST pawns.. They're pretty important as well. As you advance further, you'll see that they're benefitted as well.
