I've been thinking how some people might have only watched the movie vers and yall should watch the 1st episode of the series vers since it has some story leading up to the beginning of the movie.

I watched 1st and 7th(best) episode only and then I basically skipped the story part of remaining 5 and watched opening and that ending preview because it is so funny.

I actually watched the movie 1st in the theaters. I really liked it so I watched s1 of demon slayer later.

1st episode is non canon but it does add up to the story and is pretty good so there isn't much to lose.

If you enjoyed the time you wasted, then its not a waste of time.

rengoku goes to a store that sells food and buys some. then this speed demon that's been killing ppl tries to attack the mugen train and rengoku stopes him then the speed demon runs away and tries to kill the owners of the store rengoku went to earlier in the episode and rengoku kills him.

I would definitely recommend everyone watch the first episode then the movie. It fixes my only issue with the movie which is the I just didn’t care about Rengoku enough to feel his death. I mean the dude got like 2 seconds of screen time in the show and then just showed up for half the movie. That first episode is a far better introduction to his character and makes you invested in his character.

Is there a need to watch the mugen train movie if i've seen the mugen train arc?
I mean, is there scenes (that were not already covered in the 7 eps series) in the movie?
