What's up with the chapter numbers?

The discussions and online reading sources go to 109, but volume 15 ends at 104, which would make the newest chapter 105, on top of that, the discussion posts for 108 and 109 have posts talking about previous chapters content, as well as different sources ordering chapters differently. This ultimately has me confused on how many chapters there are, and when things are supposed to happen. (Although the order of things doesn't seem to matter very much.)

Yeah like Laster said, I'm just using the numbering from the place I'm reading it. Until it ends and we get an official number, it's easier to just use the numbering your source is using.
