With the kny anime now airing on netflix, i've been wondering if netflix plans to air the movie soon as well? Does anyone have any info regarding this?

(I'd like to watch high quality kny so waiting for the netflix one, hopefully it'll be soon)

Assuming it does come out it won’t be in November for sure, because it wasn’t on netflixes november new shows and episodes list. I would think it would come out mid to late december as a "family bonding" movie cause if I remember right there was some snow in some scenes and + the major spoiler event that would probably bring a family together near the end of the movie. Note all of this except the november statement are pure speculation and therefore should be taken with a grain of salt in an effort to not get your hopes up. I don't know how to use the spoiler function hence why I put the major spoiler event

Netflix release does depend on region / country though. So it depends on where you are.

Depend on where you live

Ex. if you live in SEA. Since Funimation and CR not available in those country
Muse asia is distributor of anime in that area
So they put it on many VOD platform like Bilibili ,iQIYI ,Viu,Netflix,WeTV etc. as part of their licensing agreement.

Lol implying Netflix is high quality.

One anime ep size for 1080p is:

Netflix ~ 300mb
Funimation ~ 1gb
Crunchyroll & Amazon CBR ~ 1.3-1.5gb
Wakanim & Anime on Demand ~ 2-2.5gb
Bluray ~ 6-10gb

You can guess which has best quality. Netflix has some of the most bitrate starved video which is heavily denoised and has all kinds of disgusting video artifacts like banding, blocking, ringing, chromatic aberration. You name it.
