| Definitely subbed, not only Darling but every anime. The experience is a lot better |

| I might be based, but the darling is the only dubbed I ever enjoyed. I definitely like it more than the sub. |
| I find the sub to be slightly better. I compared both sub/dub and my only complaint are the 2 main leads, Hiro and Zero Two, in the English dub. Both have the same issue that's common among English dubs, both VAs sounded a bit older than their character portrays. You do get use to the voices over time but I prefer to have my characters with younger or age-appropriate sounding voices. I do give some exception to Zero Two's English VA. While her VA does sound a bit older for her character's age, her sultry rendition and demeanor fits Zero Two's personality like a glove. No issues with all of the other characters, since they match their Japanese counterparts. |
