You "can't" because it doesn't have a final vol, but taking the number of chapters read to one it appears as completed. It's the same with all one-shots

By the way, where did you read? I can't find it

I just read this one-shot : I LOVE IT. I asked to the author on Twitter if he has any plan to make it a long manga !
