Is there any difference between this and gaogaigar the final? If I've already watched final will I miss something by not watching this?

It includes scenes tying to Betterman and callbacks to the original series. the episodes are split up compared to Final so the pacing can feel off.

EP 1 just ends at the part were Gimlet is defeated rather than showing Mamoru attacking NASA which can be jarring as the way they cut it makes it feel like it had more.

If wanna prepare for GGG vs Betterman in SRW 30, this would be good to check out if seen Betterman,
