Grand Blue. Our mc moves into a diving shop of his uncle with more than 5 people living in because of his university. It is one of my favorite anime, you should watch it.

Takunomi. It wasn't as great as Grand Blue but it still fits the question. Our mc moves into a house where 3 women already live. Every night they drink and that's all. lol
