I have the impression that the creator of Eden of the East has some kind of fetish related to guys parading naked in front of women.
Moreover, these guys don't even protect themselves from being seen.
At first I thought it was just an idea to start an anime - a naked boy with no memory appears in front of the girl.
Then pulling pants in front of a policewoman - here it could be a comedy element.

But the ending is a festival of naked guys parading in front of women. If the roles were reversed in the plot, such a story would never have been filmed.
