new anime is trash

Is it just me or is new anime trash. Like we dont get them really good and ground breaking anime that we got before. Whats your opinion is new anime bad or am i wrong? i consider new anime 2000 and up

One reason I think that is so would be that back in the good ol' days only highly acclaimed mangas would get animated, so as a result of natural selection, only good mangas would get adapted... And these days, pretty much every manga, good or bad, is getting adapted, prolly cause they're popular too because of a growing audience...
Second reason that I can justify such a situation would be that we only hear of good old-anime(s) to begin with, mainly because the unworthy old anime get forgotten... The reason why you hear about EVERY new anime is well just the fact that they're getting released as you stay active with community, like for eg joining this fabulous club hehe...

Yeah... to be honest, I think its just you cuz some of the new animes (2000s +) eclipse some old animes from before that time.

For me, i don't think new animes are bad, i am pretty sure they were bad old animes, this is just an assumption but i think people only know good old animes and bad animes are forgotten to the point that it's hard finding them on google, so these days you see more trash anime cause you watch seasonals. This is just a speculation but i don't think new animes are trash.

I personally don't think newer anime is trash, but compared to older anime, new anime is kinda crappy. But that may just be because older anime were still relatively new, so they were more original and lasted in peoples' memories. And there is much more anime airing now than before the 21st century, meaning that popular LN and manga are getting adaptations but also relatively popular ones are too. The uniqueness gradually declines as more and more anime is added, so anime just feels much more alike and feels more simple.

I feel like it's easy to say that old anime is great and new anime is trash.

When looking at old anime, you have countless reviews from people who have seen the show to completion, so going into it you already have an idea of what to expect. Only the anime that have stood the test of time will continue to be recommended, leaving nothing but the best of the best.

There are promising new shows every season, but you will never have a full picture until the series has finished airing.

I think many new animes are good too, their are many shows that are really good out there for example: mushoku tensei,wonder egg priority,jaku chara tomozaki kun,etc
