How Nora is treated and Yato's selfishness

Basically I understand Yato's decision to abandon Nora, but he didn't have to behave so badly. He should have just spoken to her seriously once and a lot of mischief could have been avoided.
He is responsible for Nora. In my opinion, he should have picked it up again and tried to change it. Even if it goes wrong, she has at least a chance.

I only know the anime and maybe everything clears up in the original material, but that really pissed me off.

I understand that he'd rather be a god of luck now. People are much more grateful and everything is nicer, but that's not how it works. It exists precisely because there are people who need it and the fulfillment of their wishes should also be its goal. If he now simply gives up his original followers because he likes others better, he simply lets them down.

A mother who wants to take revenge for the murder of her son no longer deserves support because he would rather look for runaway cats? He's so damn selfish.
