| I have been thinking a lot about the middle term future a lot recently. My parents split and my mum moved in with my sister so I've been over there a lot recently, with my mum, sister nieces and nephew. Basically I only see some sort of normality for myself or killing myself lol. Can't do what I've been doing for the last decade much longer that's for sure. |

| i've been less anxy since i took myself off my antidepressants but i've also been WAY more up and down. At worst I've gone for a swim in a 'lake' with loads of warnings about currents in the early hours of the morning but in the best i've visited a barbers (unironically a big thing) for the first time in years and just enjoyed being alive. ^I know that isn't greatbut I'm all for risk and reward. |
