A Certain Magical Index (light novel)
| Ok guys, I want to watch this anime but I have no idea in which order to watch since it has lot of series. Can you help me? Or should I just go from oldest to newest? Or is there a remake of older series? daiskete kudasai : < |
| The Railgun series is a separate Spin off. I did Index then Railgun, then Index 2 then Railgun 2, but I did not look at the third seasons for both, and I didn't even look at accelerator. |

| Raildex is one of those few series where it's better not watch by airing order I guess but also there's nothing as "perfect order". | Hey guys, i was also planning to watch this series. I read your recommendations and was wondering, is it more or less comprehensible to do the airing order? For example I watched the whole monogatari series in airing order and had no problems. Or is this one more messy (to understand it) to do so? Thanks |

| Easiest way is to watch it in airing order. There is nothing wrong with it. But Railgun and Accelerator are spin-offs so you can easily watch whole Index and then cross over to Railgun and the Accelerator as i did. The choice is really yours but i would recommend reading the novels because anime of Index don't show all the explanations so you might have a hard time with details. |
