Looking for a manga about karate!!!!

i am looking for a manga i once started but never finished. the story is based around a boy who learned karate from his grandfather. once the grandfather disappear in china he decide to go through a journey to find him. through this journey he met many karate master and enemy. i cant remember the name of the manga nor the name of the character. can you guys help ?

and if you guys know any good karate/martial arts COMPLETE manga then let me know.

I would recommend Holyland, it's about street fighting and I love it very much.
Also Ashita no Joe, I haven't read it but it's an absolute classic, it's about boxing.

Karate Baka Ichidai is a classic as the name suggest

Musashi no Ken is another good series about Kendo, desperately needing good subs
