Specifically referring to “yuujin a-kun wo watashi no bansousha”.

Does anyone have a list every time this song was used in the anime? I ask because I can’t remember a scene I fell in love with when Kousei was on stage about to play (again?) but I know for sure that song was playing in the bg.
