I think i found a "plothole". Harima Mika doesn't have Celty's head,is just an plastic surgery,but why does she have the scar around the neck? Was just made for Celty thinks that is the real head?

Seiji is in love with Celty's head, so i assume the plastic surgery was done to look exactly like it, including the neck part.
