can I watch the OVA without having read the manga?

Hi, as the title implies, I just wanted to know if I can enjoy this OVA without having read the manga nor having seen the TV series. On wikipedia it says that this OVA is a sequel to the manga.

Yep! The manga isn't on track with the story of the OVA or the anime. The manga and the books are heavy on the Yomiko and Donnie story, but he's not even in the anime plot. They're all great though!
