So I thought this series stopped at chapter 24. Now I look through the thread and see people commenting about ch 28? What’s the deal? Did this series continue or not and if it did where can I read it?

I dunno its really weird but I just found out it has an anime. Maybe the anime's complete? (Its on youtube)

The work has more than 350 chapters and is in progress ... I don't know the reason for not having an English version = /
