is there any relationship between "bring me to life"'s cover and "ergo proxy"'s cover?

Probably Re-l initial design was inspired by Amy Lee apperance on Fallen album art by Evanescence.
Also bring me back to life has simillar theme to some part of the EP storyline, but that's my only 0,02$.

They always reminded me of one another but I didn't think they were related. Bring me to life was released in 2003 though, 3 years before Ergo Proxy so it makes sense
