We didn't see Magane return to her world, so I guess she stayed.
She gave Souta her neckless, but we didn't see him giving it back too..

He probably still has her necklace. She lost her powers like Meteora did since they depended on Altair maintaining them. She’s around in a foreign country, running from the law.

Was wondering the same. Thought maybe it could have even been an oversight, but I guess we are supposed to figure out that she's the type of person who is going to run off and do whatever she wants anyway, so there would have been no point in trying to get her to go to the gate.

I think it’s better this way than to have her dragged around. Creations had to leave voluntarily, I don’t see Magane making that decision.
