from what i can recall, Hinako, Kuina and Yua are highschool freshmen, so about 14-15, and mayuki is a sophmore so about 15-16. not sure about Chiaki, but i'd probably say senior, so about 17-18

the minimal age of consent among females in Japan is legally 13 years of age by the way

Highschool freshmen are more like 15-16, so Hinako, Kuina and Yua would definitely be 16 at the end of the series.
Chiaki and Mayuki are in the same (sophomore) grade, as far as I remember, so they'd be about 17.
Ruriko is said to be 9 years old.
