Adding a disable anime/manga recents to the panel setting

I haven't read any manga and I'm not planing to read to be honest, but I have a lot of friends who read more manga than watch anime and I'm not interested in their manga updates so I thought it could be a good idea to add a button to the panel setting where you can disable the manga/anime updates of your friends like "Show: Anime | Manga".

And thanks to the staff for taking your time in this awesome website!
