Romance anime where the boy goes in town to meet a girl

Hello,
I am searching a romance anime where the boy was going in city to meet a girl on the station. I think they were sending letters each other, but not sure and maybe the girl was with blue hair ( if that helps). I have faded memories about this anime, if anoyone can help.

Victorian Romance Emma has a scene like this at the end of season 1(also some letters have been sent prier to that event), she has black hair though. Also the mood ingeneral sounds very much like Victorian Romance Emma.

If It's not Victorian Romance Emma, I hope you let me know what anime it is, once you've found out.

Well they were met before in the village. The boy was showing to the girl beautiful lights i think. And i think one of the latest episodes was the meeting. The anime have 1 season. The anime looks like kimi no iru machi ova version on the 2nd episode (similiar kiss scene) i remember.
