Ah, and everything was going relatively well. Guess it would follow that things go horribly wrong!

Subaru was making some pretty good moves and predictions and stuff here, as well as not getting hung up on things so much like he used to. Good character progress. Also I loved how he taunted Betelgeuse.

Emilia's back and she's a badass. Schweet. She put up with being shunned by the villagers, too, still helping them as best she could. How could anyone doubt she's a besto?

Lots of Felix this time. Incest_Bro's gonna give this episode a ten outta ten.

I predict that Subaru's revival next episode will be when he's being awakened by Felix in the potato sack dress. Second choice: when Ia saves him from the flower in his illusion-world.

DID YOU SEE HOW CUTE FELIX WAS?!?
10000000000/10 episode!
Such a great episode.
Atario was right, he knows me too well.
I about had a mini heart attack when the explosion happened, I thought Felix was gonna die! rip my soul.
I also think you are right about the "save point" being Subaru being woken up.

The ending of this episode was amazing, a great turn really.
I honestly didn't expect that to happen, it was pretty neat.
Everything is fucked, but there is still hope!
Kinda glad all the gorey shit isn't is this version, really.
Also very glad they didn't show the village kids being killed, that would have been 0/8.

Excited to see where the show goes from here, can't wait for season 2.

Also, did you see how much Felix was in this episode?
Felix = best grill
10/10 wonderful episode.

I don't know about how far back the Return from Death will be, I am pretty sure Subaru was warned against reading the fucking book. Pretty sure that is what did him in. Also why can't Felix be a girl, my brain is confused.

All the betelgeuse voice actors were great. They totally got the betelgeuse down. Even subaru. Sasuga.

Foiled again! I don't like Sloth to be honest. But I'm wondering if we've confirmed now that Subaru is in fact not "Pride" since Beetlejuice was able to take over his body/vessel.
