| I'm looking for anime with following features: No to few romance, no unnecessary nudity/fanservice/annoying sexualized characters. Preferable genres, Mecha/Sci-Fi, Fantasy is ok too, or more preferable Mystery/Police/Thriller. To be more specific, i'd like to see anime that has interesting plot, where everything isn't obvious from start, i'd like to see something like Monster or Death Note. I noticed it's hard to find that type of anime which is good. Thanks. |

Added to plan to watch, seems interesting. I'm still looking for something which is not centered on children though, although its not problem for me, I still prefer watching mature characters who are aware of their job (lets say detectives, police officers, etc..). |

I've checked btooom reviews now, some people claim its not what it was supposed to be. What you think about it, doesn't seems very interesting to me, im guessing what type it is |

I've explained this on about 100 posts but Shinsekai yori isn't focused on children for too long, only for about the first 10 episodes and the eventually turn into teens and then adults. Also this anime is famous for episodes 11+ where the real dilemma begins. Personally I loved the anime and I think it's quite unfortunate so many people don't realize the true beauty of it. But yeah it could have been better... mostly if they would have continued and finished it instead of letting it with an open end, has a bit of fanservice thought but not more than code geass :P Btw shinsekai yori is not childish :P and the mcs are in the last part of the story mature btw 26 i think ... Beside i will show you here the first 60 sec of ep 1 ^^ I need to protect this series :P because it is epic a bit slow at the beginning but incredible at mid and last part |
