| Watch the original Television series and the End of Evangelion movie. Skip Death and Rebirth, it offers nothing. The first half is just a recap of the series and the second half is literally the first...30 minutes I think of The End of Evangelion. After that you can dive into the Manga or Rebuilds. They're both worth it in my opinion, the Rebuilds being pretty good (Well 3.33 kinda sucks but 1.11 and 2.22 are great.) and the Manga is my favorite version of Neon Genesis Evangelion. Both of these are completely seperate from the original series but they (the Rebuilds more so than the Manga) rely on your knowledge of the original series for you to truly enjoy them. |
