It was realy funny at moments,but not something extraordinary.And Hinako is hot,so i'll give it 6/10.

"The dubbed voice of the girl sounds just like the main character in Escaflowne" and "What am I doing with my life?" are among the many thoughts that went through my head as I watched this, as my mind kept wandering. I ended up setting VLC media player to 1.5 speed just to get through it that bit faster!

A couple of funny visual gags here and there, but it almost seemed to be trying too hard to be wacky at times. Overall it was pointless. Left me feeling nothing and that I'd wasted an hour of my time.

3/10 from me. Only just noticed three OVAs/movies with "Wars" in the title make up some of my lowest rankings - Big Wars, Vampire Wars and Psychic Wars. Ultimate Teacher is now down there with them.

Now I definitely know where the cockroaches in "Kakugo no Susume" came from.
Or what became of Kaori's children in "Gokiburitachi no Tsogare".

Well, I've actually enjoyed that. Because you really do get bored watching the same schoolgirls-pantsu-loser-boobs scenario after watching that for a while.
But don't mind me, I love all that weird stuff =__="

I really liked this OVA which came out in 1988. It reminded me a lot of "Project A-ko"
which came out in 1986. They have a lot in common.
