Hi, everyone! I joined a few days ago, and thought it was time I got the courage to finally introduce myself. c:
I'm Toyoue (not really, but that's what you can call me; it's my artist handle). I've been watching anime since about the year 1997, when Toonami was the big thing to watch after you got home from school. Pokemon, Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball Z, and Rurouni Kenshin were some of my firsts. That being said, don't be put off by my list count yet; I'm adding completed ones slowly, as I remember them, haha.
I did actually go on a hiatus from watching anime and reading manga from the year 2009 to just recently, actually, as university and then work kept me pretty busy during that time. But I never got over my love for it, and now I'm back!
Basically, I like most genres, but somehow I am really attracted to tragedies, and romances with a lot of emotion. And anything by Rumiko Takahashi, lol. Feel free to talk to me on my profile, send me a friend request, etc. Nice to meet you! :D |
