I think that it would be nice to add the anime and manga images like in the phone version.
Also, being able to count the number of animes and mangas that had been see or read and not just the number of them taht had benn added cause counting ovas is misleading the real number of them. Even a number of each type of animes and mangas by categories (drama, magic, shounen,...).

With those modifications it'll be more enjoyable to look at the lists.
