I've been wondering for a while now, just who/what is that blue rectangular block with hands, feet, and a face? It has been appearing multiple times in a few episodes, and in the OP. Could it be a persona of the original creator Hara Yui or one of the producers? |

I was thinking the same for a few episodes now xD It could be what you just said... It makes me think of this thing, always appearing in the Hidamari Sketch anime. That is also a mascotte and the creator of the manga. |
Karen was the one who gave Alice that doll in the very first episode (S1E1). |
