They said "There is no santa clause" I simply asked them "If santa clause isn't real then are you?" After that the voices in my head stopped speaking to me

Here is my first digital art attempt, it was on a free computer program so it has a weird texture to it and I was limited in what I could do.

They said "There is no santa clause" I simply asked them "If santa clause isn't real then are you?" After that the voices in my head stopped speaking to me

Thanks :) Those sketches are quite old. I will try to upload some of my recent works as soon as I finished them (I draw alot but only a few gets really completed. I'm actually quite lazy when it comes to finishing serious drawings; I don't know why but I love drawings that just pop out of my mind rather than those planned)

Some of my art (probably 3/4 months ago) in school. Might as well show now or never PX..

This was in the theme of Nature, but I can't believe I had to do bugs (there we're plants and butterflies but seriously >.<). I was kinda surprised with how detailed the picture given to us were! We used grid method to scale it.

Great looking stuff from you guys, keep it up :)

Here are 2 pictures of my most recent artwork (It's a self portrait of me as a 9th grader, but with a little twist!):

Here's the draft:

And here's the final version!

(This is an original piece, though the figure was based on a picture of me in 9th grade and Kaneki's mask from Tokyo Ghoul :) )

@YamamotoSensei, if I remember correctly, you have a (art)club too. Since I've seen the christmas themed sledge graphic art you did. It was pretty good. (Your competition was no way near your standard IMO)

Here's some more of my artwork from my Visual Arts art spiral book. Some of them are random, and maybe even funny! I tried to put them in order from the beginning of 11th grade to last week.

I scanned them all with a printer and had to edit some of them for better visibility since some of the pencil marks were hard to spot.

(^_^)

I like drawing funny things every now and then! As for the bald guy with a stern face... think of him as a guy who's thinking,"Oh my gawd... 'insert statement here'"

Looks good man, are you a big fan of using fantasy as a theme in your drawings? What do the characters translate to?

@Pyang: Cool drawing!! I really like the smooth shading and caligraphy-styled characters in it.

And also, you don't have to go as far as to call me a drawing master! ( ̄ω ̄)7

(There are many more people out there who can draw better than me!!)

@Allnighter: You're so good! I don't even think I can replicate popular images of well known anime characters like that! (Haven't tried it yet)

Thank you so much!! XDDD

I bought the trial set, so they got 3 different type of nibs each, around $9. and they give you these 3 small comic papers to try! :3

Yeah.. me too.. It's pretty hard to come up with your own design. But some tips that I got is to actually observe other people arts and learn from them. Learn how they do the outlines, the colors, shadows.. anything. You might actually redraw them and such, every time you draw you will actually found some errors and so on, so learn from them and try to improve it in the next drawing XD
