Does anyone even have the KTP subs anymore?

Okay, I've been watching the DVDs of Kodocha and I'm really dreading plowing through the Season 2 box because that's all that was done in English, but the only subs I've ever encountered were atrocious Hong Kong subs. I seriously cannot find the KTP subs anywhere, does anyone have them or know where I can find them? Even the SRT files are fine, I just need to get them! Thanks.
