Giorno faces off against every character from every Anime and Manga in existence. Keep in mind I'm referring to Giorno after having acquired Requiem.

Implying he can not revert omnipotence to nothing?

Some examples would help.

An omnipotent is someone who is capable of anythin who could easily negate Giorno's own ability. An example would be Tenchi Masaki.

Was Tenchi able to negate other's abilites without requisite action? I haven't watched it in years so my memory is a bit blurry.
I don't see how that wouldn't work both ways though, in the same logic, Giorno could nullify Tenchi negating Gold Experience Requiem.
If anything, that would just lead to a stalemate.

An omnipotent is capable of anything, if they want they can just make themselves immune to being negated or whatever.

I'd imagine by the rules Araki set for Gold Experience Requiem, Giorno could abolish the concept of omnipotence. Though I guess you're right, Giorno isn't omnipotent himself less he decides to become a pseudo omnipotent.

I guess a better bout would be to disclude omnipotent characters, just to see if anyone on a more logical level would be able to face him.

Multiversals and the above destroy him, like high/top tiers in Tenchi.

GER has this universal law that you can't take action against it but if you're omnipotent you can do whatever the fuck you want.
As said before he loses to all omnipotents but he wins against most other characters if not all.

Poorly written cop outs aside, are there any non omnipotent characters that could face him, Kumagawa possibly?

It ain't a cop out you just need to accept it, at the end of the day Giorno is a regular human with a hax ability. He ain't god, an omnipotent by definition is allmighty who're unlimited in their power and their capabilities, that's why Giorno loses. As for Kumagawa, he stalemates.

No meaning in arguing semantics but it is still a cop out, any writer can just say a character has infinite power because they're omnipotent. On the other hand Araki atleast based it off previously established concepts from SC and DiU and used it as a major plot device and deus ex machina to conclude Vento Aureo.

I do however understand that Giorno cannot beat an omnipotent.

Hence an omnipotent beats him.

Kumagawa gets his minus erased before he can even create a thought.
> GER acts outside of time and space.
> Even if the stats says that it has no speed or power, it could still negate King Crimson, the same King Crimson that defeated Silver Chariot, the same Chariot who defeated the Hanged Man, that moved through light (which means he moved at light speed, making King Crimson and by extension GER faster than light. Which means faster than Kumagawa.)
So, he gets the Diavolo treatment of infinite dying for baddies.
