People here just like anime slop and this not an anime.

Nah dont want to share my opinon. Some Einstein would say dogshjt stuff like "oh it was because you didnt pay attention" or even worse "It's a mysterious show, it normal that you didnt got what was happening". It's not hard to understand, it just the way they deliver is that bad that many people feel bored. The biggest problem was the directing, pacing, and animation of some points were really awful.
People that actually read the novel and still think this is a faithful adaptation is crazy LOL.

@Kuterisu As a donghua only its a pretty good show with tons of potential. Read 70+ chapters of the novel after watching the donghua. Yes its not a faithful adaptation but its not as bad as you people claim to be. You novel readers act like the volume 1 is the best fiction just to trash on the donghua. Its a bad adaptation? Bro Did u ever see the TBATE anime or the ORV movie? And u novel elitis are calling it bad adaptation? It baffles me. LOTM donghua isn’t perfect by any means but its a solid 8.5-9/10 for now. Actually you guys are just sabotaging LOTM potential by making myths like u need to read the novel just to understand lotm. I watched all episodes and understand most things. Had my doubt first but after ep 6 & 7 I officially fall in love with series. Just try to spread positively bro

Actually a lot of people hate volume 1 in the fandom except for the ending. I personally didn’t like volume 1 because the pacing is so slow and full of lore dumps.
