| Minori Kushieda... I hate Minori Kushieda. I don't see how the MC could like her romantically, I don't see how anyone could like her as a character. She's either way too over the top cartoonish, even for this goofy anime, or she's way too unnecessarily cryptic and angsty, in a way I can't empathize with at all. I'd rate this anime like two numbers higher if Minori didn't exist - she ruined the show for me. I know this is a "best girl" poll, but I needed a place to vent. My answer is Sumire. Which is literally the least popular vote in this thread. I remember seeing a clip of her years before the show, and tbh, she's probably the only reason I watched in the first place. I was hoping the president would be in a lot more episodes. If not her, then Ami. I understand that Taiga is the focal point of the show, but I've never personally been a fan of childish characters. So I guess the show's just not for me. But aye, she was far more captivating than Minori. |
