What are your honest and non-biased opinion on EX-ARM

I would honestly give:
Animation: 2
Story: 7
in total it would be about 4.5

I didn't read the manga, but for me the story is decent, what ends with the anime is the animation, the arts that appear in the anime are very beautiful, if the anime was very animated, I believe the characters would be very beautiful, it was going to sell a lot of action figure. I don't believe that a person would follow this anime by meme, I believe that people liked the story but are afraid to speak :D

Think of what AOT has done to the anime and manga community, mutiply that "intensity" tenfold, and serve it to sadists on the extreme opposite spectrum.

That's Ex-Arm for you, and Crunchyroll only does SHIT better than before.

No matter how good the story is but the animation and CGI failed it will be a 1/10 rating. Feel bad for the author of the story.

The 3D animation is so awkward and the dead fish eyes make me uncomfortable.
Sometimes the voice acting doesn't even match the mouth's and body's movements.

It's better if you read the manga, far better art, and pacing. @Krugerman

The only reason I'm not dropping this because I'm already halfway through it.

Honestly, I have never seen an anime in my life that is deserving of a 1/10. Not even Ex-Arm is that bad. 3/10 from what I have seen so far.

People out here throwing 1/10s like it is nothing, but won't do the same with 10/10s. If you won't treat the opposite end of the spectrum as you would the one you give more value to, then your scores seem pretty pointless.

Very honestly, it's bad. The story is tolerable but the animation is absolutely horrible. I've seen a single person do better in both 3D and 2D. More time needed to be put into production for sure. 2-3/10

The author of the source material must be crying into his royalties over the adaptation CR have mangled to do...

I though Gibate, Hatena Illusion & Assassin's pride were bad but this is a whole new level of crapness.

It's so bad its almost too bad to be good. If it was a B-Movie it'd be in the top 5 of the worst ones made (probably worse than dorm of the dead)...

I've seen better animation on fan made flicks.

I don't enjoy it for what it is. I enjoy watching it for how bad it is. And maybe to see if it gets worse.

Being nice, it probably is a 2/10, maybe a 3/10 at best, anime since the voice acting isn't terrible, and it does try to do some neat shots, but everything else is pretty bad or just outright lackluster. The facial issues remind me of Mass Effect: Andromeda.

For now I'm sticking with a 1/10 as I believe that this far into the show it will likely get worse. And I don't really know what else in the show is redeemable.
