"No, please don't. Grabbing and pulling you up would be a hassle." Now comfortable in Edward's arms, she started replying his clumsy answer, chuckling slightly. "Seems like you're not totally used to my teasing yet... but that's a good answer... I like it. I think it is like you said. Just two passionate people... Don't you find it a bit weird? We've only know each other for about two days now, and it seems like much more time... You know, I feel safe with you, Edward, because you always find a way to save me from trouble..." Suzanne tightened her hug a bit. "It's like... you're my knight or something, haha... And not only that, but I like to spend time with you... clumsy at first, but adapting fast; putting up a strong act on the outside, but quite soft on the inside; caring for me, even over your own desires...I know you didn't mean to send me away in the medbay...I'm not being conceited or anything, but a kiss like that...you must have fallen quite hard for me, hehe~ Don't worry, I'm also madly in love with you, Edward..." She was blushing a bit, but managing it this time. "Still, you were willing to send me away to keep me safe...That's quite the willpower you have, Ed. But don't send me away, please...don't go away either. Just stay with me, please. I never thought I'd find someone like you here, and now that I did I don't want to lose you... I don't want to go alone again after experiencing this..." She laughed a bit at this point. "I don't even know what I'm saying anymore; I just felt like saying some things, and they came out on their own...Sorry for being a weird girlfriend...I'm your girlfriend now, right?" She smiled and raised her face a bit from Edward's chest, looking at him to check his reaction. |
Edward Pherae  Field Timer:0/10 Suzanne got over him and hugged him, and he hugged her back as she laid on top of him, enjoying the warmth of her body. When they both got comfortable, Suzanne started to talk, at some point she asked if he found weird, but he decided to let her finish talking. She then talked about how much she enjoyed being with him and how she didn't want to be away from him, he didn't interrupted this time, he just let her talk her feelings out to him, and all he could do was smile and hold her, looking at her with an array of nice feelings. When she finished, he decided to try and do the same "It may come as a surprise to you, but I'm new to this, so I don't know how this could be weird. And yes, it feels like we've spent months together... I don't think that's a bad thing though, as I do have throughoutly enjoyed the time I have spent with you... I'm not quite sure about that 'safe' part, but you've already told me that you want to be with me nonetheless, which makes me happy, as just like you said, I have fallen quite hard for you... If you really don't want to leave my side, then so be it, I'll be happy to oblige... And if you're a weird girlfriend, I couldn't care less about it, since I love you the way you are... Besides, I'm a weirder boyfriend." After saying all of this with a smile, he laughed, as his self from a few days ago would slap him after hearing all that lovey-dovey bullshit, but he didn't care now, all he cares about now is right in front of him. |

Suzanne couldn't help but smile hearing his words. "Hehe~I'm glad to hear that, Edward...Glad you like me too...Hope we get many days together, my weeeeirdo!" She'd smile and yawn, climbing a little closer to Edward, kissing him in the forehead before giving another passionate kiss on his mouth. "Good night, darling... I love you..." With that, she'd rest her head on Edward's chest and sleep. |
Edward Pherae Field Timer:0/10 She responded to him in a very cute way before kissing him a couple of times and going back to his chest, where she probably fell asleep. After that, he silently caressed Suzanne's head and back, smiling at her as he did. A couple of minutes passed and he started to feel sleepy too, so he closed his eyes, and eventually fell asleep with Suzanne on his hands. |
| Edward would jolt awake as an incredible seizure took hold of him. His chest would convulse upwards in the middle of the night, and his arms would reactively splay out to his sides, taking on a pose that you would expect from a demon undergoing exorcism. From his body a dark mist began to rise and a small blue orb of energy would manifest over his chest. As he began to be afraid, the orb would brighten. It was as if the Nightmare was trying to take form prematurely. And as suchy, the full Nightmare managed to eject itself from you, unable to take a solid shape. It basically was a cloud of dark vapor around the blue light which was an unformed Inax Core. The vapor and light left the room quickly though a gap in the window. Leaving Edward quite exhausted and dazed from the experience. But he was otherwise unharmed. It seemed that something had made his body incompatible to the Nightmare, so it had to leave before it was ready. Nothing else happened. |

She was dreaming with Edward, replaying in her mind the scene where they both danced under the moonlight while drunk, except this time it ended into a kiss... And then...an earthquake? "Weird... this shouldn't happen..." She slowly opened her eyes, still dizzy for a second, when she suddenly noticed that Edward was spasming beneath her. Suzanne got fully awake in an instant, extremely worried about him, waking in time to see the vapor forming and leaving through the window. She quickly faced Edward, the worry apparent on her face and voice. "Ooooi, Edward! Edward! Are you okay, Ed?" She'd grab his shoulder with one hand while holding his left hand with her free one. |
Edward Pherae Field Timer:0/10 Edward was sleeping fine, so fine in fact, that the demon nightmare didn't manage to wake him up. He somewhat reacted to Suzanne by saying without even opening his eyes "Hey Suzy, it's ok, I'm fine... Now get back here" As he reached for Suzanne and grabbed her, putting her back to where she was. He then caressed her head and back again, while saying "It's all fine, it's ok, now go back to sleep". He continued to caress her for a while before going fully asleep again. |

As she shook him a bit, Suzanne discovered that he somehow managed to sleep through that. "But Ed, y-" Her sentence was cut short when Edward pulled her back to his chest, slowly caressing her. Suzanne was still a bit worried, but if he somehow wasn't waken up by it, maybe it was not as bad as it looked. Shrugging it off, she rested her head on his chest again and enjoyed the caressing and his body warmth. Quickly, she also feel asleep again in Edward's arms. |

She would just find clothes and a wallet with some money in it, and the towel, so she went to the bathroom, telling him to not spy unless he wanted to shower together, he considered answering with a jokingly yes, but just the thought of it put him very red. While she was showering, Edward unpacked and put his few belongings in a tidy manner in his drawers. When she was finished and got out the bathroom, he grabbed the towel from her and took a shower as well. |

He thought about where to go today, but he wasn't really sure, so he asked Suzanne "What do you want to do today? More hunting? Going somewhere? Explore to find more things for your collection?. He said that as he moved the daggers and the spear towards him with a move of his hand, putting the daggers in their sheath, and letting the spear floating next to Suzanne. |

"Quite the flashy guy near girls, huh? And I thought you were picking the place today..." Putting her hand on her chin, she considered the possibilities. "I have yet to find what this thing here does, too... I didn't get to see that knight doing anything flashy that seemed to come out of her. Well, it's a nice spear nonetheless! Maybe we could roam around and see if we can find some more nice stuff?" She tilted her head, leaving the final decision for Edward in the end. She was ready to leave the area with him once Edward decided where. |

Edward Pherae Field Timer:0/10 Suzanne decided to go back to his room, and he couldn't be happier in any other place. The last few hours felt pretty exhausting on him, even if he got reanimated. Suzanne hardly said anything on their way here, and she looked worried, but he decided to keep it for when thay arrived at their destination. When they did, Suzanne sat on her bed and asked her if he was really ok. Edward sighed at her response, before saying in a sad tone while letting his face down "I don't know... And I don't care... You got hurt because of me again... Can't you see it? It's dangerous to be around me, I'm unstable... broken... and you've been victim of it because of me... It hurts me to even think about it, but staying with me is not good for you", his tone got sadder and sadder as he spoke, while his eyes didn't move from staring at the ground, feeling weak and vulnerable. |

Every one of Edward's words was like a spear to her heart, hurting far more than death had. In response, the saddened Suzanne just leaned over and gave Edward a long kiss, far sadder than the ones before, but the passion was still there, definitely. Once she let go, Suzanne just gazed deep into Edward's eyes, her face with apparent agony. "Do you think I care about getting hurt?... You didn't do it on purpose, Ed... Didn't we just go over this?... I can assure you that just thinking about being away from you hurts far more than death..." Hugging the man she loved tightly, Suzanne was in true anguish. "There's no safe place nowadays, and I would much rather die while living every day alongside you than alone in some dark place...Please...Don't go away...I can bear death, but this hurts far too much... After I found someone, I... don't make me go; I beg you..." On the verge of tears, she hugged him with all the strength she got, as if that could somehow would make Edward stay there with her. |

Edward Pherae Field Timer:0/10 She only kissed him as an answer, before talking him out of it again. He sighed as Suzanne held tightly to him, she wasn't letting go. His sadness dissapeared as he said "You sure are stubborn..." and layed down on the bed with her still on her arms before continuing. When they both got comfortable he said with a little chuckle "Love sure makes you stupid... Not that I mind though... I now feel like I can't be without you as well... Would you really like to spend your time with someone like me? You most likely would be safer with pretty much anyone else, you know?" He chuckled once again "You don't have to answer, I'm pretty sure of what you will say... But answer this, do you really want to stay with me forever? Because I would if it is with you..." He already knew to answer to that as well, but he wanted to see how she would react to what he said. If Suzanne were to look at his face, she would see a big smile on him. He definitively wanted to be with her, he just didn't want to harm her anymore, and she would perfectly understand that as far as he concerned. "I love you". |

There were some tears into her face as she quietly heard Edward's words, but the last ones made she blush intensely, in a tone of red that Edward would only have seen once or twice in his entire life. She faced away for a second before looking back to answer him. "Silly...Don't make a girl go from tears to red, it's not fair..." After a short pause, she continued with a visible smile on her face. "...I do... I want it. Even if it comes to the worst of the worst, I want it... Can you promise me that? That you'll let me stay by your side no matter what? No matter what!..." She put special emphasis in that last part to make sure that Edward would get what she meant with that. After the rather dark question, she decided to try and lift the mood a little. "You do know that this almost sounds like a marriage proposal, right?" Laughing, she reached even closer to Edward, their faces no more than two centimeters apart. Suzanne gazed deep into his eyes with a serious face and said just five words in an unwavering voice, with a total confidence in what she said. "I love you too, Edward." |

She confirmed his thoughts, saying that she wanted to be with him no matter what. Edward gave up on trying to convince her to stay away, as she wanted to stay together with him as well. Still, you should be the one to get red with that, not me!" Upon hearing his last words, she couldn't help but smirk. "Silly...so full of yourself..." Despite that, she kissed him back passionately, happy that she wouldn't be alone again. |

She snuggled closer to him, enjoying it to the maximum. "That's a great idea..." That's all she wanted to do for now... It wasn't evening yet, and Suzanne didn't intend to sleep; however, staying like this was slowly getting her drowsier. Lightly shaking her head, Suzanne tried to shove the sleepiness away, but it was slowly getting to her. If Edward didn't say or do something, she'd probably end up falling asleep. There were some questions Suzanne wanted to ask Edward, mainly about his evil 'brother', but she decided to make this a mini vacation from Spawn and postpone them , staying quiet for now. |
Edward Pherae Field Timer:1/10 Edward hugged silently Suzanne for a while. When he realized, she was already asleep. He looked at her peacefully sleeping on top of him for a few moments, he really was happy of having her by his side, but he didn't feel strong enough for that yet, he felt powerless to protect her. As he thought of what to do about it, he remembered the tower he fought at a while ago. Maybe he could obtain more power there, enough to protect her from now on. But as far as he remembered, the place was quite dangerous, so he didn't want Suzanne in there again. Silently, and as smoothly as possible, he used his telekinesis to softly lay Suzanne in the bed beside him. That way, he was able to get out of bed without didturbing her sleep. He grabbed a pen and a sheet of paper to leave a note for Suzanne for when or if she woke up before leaving the room quietly. The note said: I have something to do, but I couldn't bring myself to wake you up since you seemed so peacefully asleep. I'll be back, don't worry. After I'm done with what I was doing, I'll return to the room, so feel free to look around town as well, I'll wait for you here if I'm done first. |

Suzanne yawned and stretched before looking around, finding that she had been hugging a pillow and not her pillow. She also saw no signs of Edward, which made her search for him, eventually, finding the note on the table. Reading through it made her very grumpy. "So much for 'together it is'... Doesn't he understand I'd even die with him? Why would I not wake up just because it's early?..." Sighing, she picked the note up and throwed it into the bed, heading for the shower and taking a bath before putting her clothes back on and leaving the area. |

Sighing, she opened the door and throwed herself onto the bed. She was bored and worried, since Edward hadn't shown up until now, and her brain worked onto lots of different possibilities as to why would he suddenly disappear. Since most of them were negative, Suzanne shook her head, trying to not think about that anymore: he was surely okay, and would be back soon. While waiting, Suzanne grabbed the spear she got from the knight, spinning it slowly while thinking back to what happened in the tower: the corpses...just what happened? She examined the spear from closer, but quickly gave up on the search, since most symbols had no meaning for her. Sighing once more, Suzanne rolled to her side and kept laying down while observing the door, hoping that Edward wouldn't take long to be back. |
Edward Pherae Field Timer:0/10 As he made his way back to his room, he got a few weird stares of people as he walked in clothes in a shitty state with plenty of dried blood on his clothes and skin. He opened the door to his room when he finally arrived and quickly closed it behind him, not noticing that Suzanne was there. In fact, just as he was turning to see her he collapsed to the ground, while his body was healed, it's mind needed a little more rest, so he just layed there on the ground as he fell with a blank stare looking at the floor. |

However, he seemed in an extremely bad shape, with torn and bloodied clothes as he collapsed as soon as he entered the room. "Hey! Ed! Just what the hell have you been doing?" Jumping out of the bed, Suzanne approached Edward and grabbed him, putting him over his bed while waiting for him to regain consciousness. She was worried about his state, but she was also VERY mad at him; not only he left her alone on the room, he also decided to fight on his own, and his state told her it wasn't a simple fight. She'd seen him murder common Spawn with ease, so he fought something else, something much more powerful, and went to do so alone... Still, she decided not to dwelve deeper into thoughts, and instead grabbed a wet towel and put it over his forehead for now. She decided to be angry at him later... |

"So much for beautiful words... I see... I-..I hope you get better soon, then." Her voice would sound much different than it normally did, as if Suzanne was tired. For her, it was like Edward just said those things to get her to stop talking, like people did with irritating children; just agree with her superficially, while in reality you didn't even hear what he said in the first place. Suzanne searched for some clean clothes and a towel, finding then shortly after and handing them to Edward with a sour face. "Here's everything you need then, Edward. I'll go outside and get myself some fresh air... Take care with your wounds." Despite being angry, she still cared about Edward, the worry on her last statement being very true. Even so, she didn't want to get angry at him, at least not while he was in that state; thus, she slowly reached for the door, wanting to go outside and cool down there. Suzanne would leave the area if no one interrupted her. |

But that didn't prevent him from realizing that there was something wrong with Suzanne; her voice, face and actions certainly were not normal. As she was about to leave, Edward closed the door with his telekinesis and kept it locked with it as he sat on his bed looking at her, at her eyes when she turned around to face him. "What's wrong? She stood there, facing the door as Edward spoke, and then sighed before turning around. "Am I, Edward? I don't know. Should I be angry because you've told me that beautiful speech just yesterday, and today you left me all alone before heading out on your own to almost be killed by Spawn again?" Edward's question sounded almost sarcastic for Suzanne, since it couldn't be that Edward had such a short memory as to forget what he said yesterday. "You want me to keep waiting, just like you said at your note, only for you to never return here?" Suzanne kept glaring at Edward with a mix of anger and worry, not quite sure of what she should feel like. |

He sighed as well, before saying with a serious and slightly sad tone "Well, I can't be with you if I get you killed or I die for being so weak. I wanted... no, I WANT to be stronger to protect you, but I didn't want to pull you into danger again like usually happens. I wanted to keep you safe next time I fuck up, which in case you haven't noticed, happens a lot. And I'm convinced that you won't leave my side no matter how much I tell you that being around me is dangerous. Or am I wrong?". |

Just look at your state, Edward; anyone can tell you've been on the brink of death! Do you think I don't want to protect you? To stay alongside you for the most time possible? Why do you keep doing stuff like these even after promising we'd stay together? You really think I want to be alone again? That I would be happier if I stood here, safely, while you risk your life out there? What if you mess up alone; I would stay here forever, waiting for you? That's what you think it's best for me?" Her emotions were shifting more towards sadness by now. |

After sitting there quietly for a few moments, struggling with himself and his other self, he looked down to avoid Suzanne's gaze, sounding very confused "But you... I... You... Y-YOU! IT'S YOUR F-" He stopped himself right there, bringing one of his hands to his head since fighting his other self was difficult for him, and caused him a headache as a result of stopping himself from going angry on Suzanne... Well, his other self. After a few seconds of pain, he managed to fend him off for now. He took a deep breath and looked up again, regretful and sad, he said "No... You're right... It's my fault for giving up to my..... Impulses. As you may have already noticed by now, my mind is... not in the best conditions, making me go and do stupid things like this..." Halfway through that, his head went down again. Feeling really bad for making Suzanne feel like that. |

His inner self's voice done was much different from his normal, calm tone, and it was easy for Suzanne to tell he was struggling hard. It was hard on her when Edward actually apologized, and feeling of guilt started to sprout inside her mind upon seeing him in that state. "It's okay... Look... just take me along, okay? No one will blame you if I end up dead because of my own selfish desires... I just want to be along with you, even if it comes to the worst; I'd rather die alongside you than alone, in safety. Sorry if it sounds selfish, or if I was rude with you..." Moments ago, she was sure about scolding Edward, but now that the time came, she just couldn't bring herself to do more than that. She felt stupid, both for arguing and for not scolding him, and the thought put a tiny smirk on her face. "Maybe I also have an inner self?..." Sighing, she got away from the door and went towards Edward, seating besides him and looking around his body for injuries. "How are your wounds? Does it hurt somewhere?" In the end, Suzanne decided to forget about what happened this time, instead tending to Edward's wounds. However, she sincerely hoped that he'd understand how she felt, and stop doing things on his own... |
Edward Pherae Field Timer:0/10 After saying what he did, Suzanne softened up on him, which cheered him up. Even if what she was saying was a very stupid choice, he couldn't avoid feeling happy for it. Since even if it was dangerous, having her close was nice for him "I guess that makes us both stupid and selfish huh...". When she said her piece of her mind, blaming herself for being selfish and rude. Edward quickly brushed that off by saying "It's ok. I'm the one that should be apologizing... And I am.". After that, she sat next to him and started checking his body, asking for his wounds. Again, Edward brushed it off by saying "As I already told you, I am fine. I already went to the Medical Bay, I just look really bad" as he smiled at Suzanne, ommiting the part that he was carried there. After she ended checking on Edward's hot body, he wanted to hug her, but refrained himself since, as he said, "I would like to hug you now... But I don't think you would like to hug a half nude guy reeking of blood and sweat..." It was annoying, but true. His shirt and jacket were torn to bloody shreds and his pants barely covered his noble area, and the strong smell of blood and sweat weren't very pleasing either, at least from his point of view. |

She was still a bit embarassed, but Edward's next words got a laugh off of her. "Well, that's surely not something I'd look forward... But well, I'd open an exception if you really want to... " Suzanne stood up and offered Edward a hand to help him get up. She'd hug him for some moments while ignoring the unpleasant smells, before pulling back while pinching her nose. "Alright, time's due, Ed. Now, go take a bath and put some actual clothes when near a lady, you pervert." She jokingly covered her eyes with her hand, a wide smile still present on her face as she did so. It was great to see that the heavy mood had been lifted. If only she could stay like that forever... |
Edward Pherae Field Timer:0/10 Hia joke managed to lighten the mood, which was something he really wasn't expecting. Now Suzanne seemed happy, and therefore, he was happy now as well. She offered to hug him like that, but he just couldn't, instead he quickly kissed her when her hand was over her eyes on his way to the bathroom. He took a nice, long shower to get rid of all the dry blood and sweat. After a while, he came out of the bathroom. Now feeling clean and refreshed, he walked over to Suzanne and hugged her from behind, resting his head on Suzanne's shoulder. "What now?", he quietly asked as he still hugged her. |

With a small smile and a faint red color on her face, she watched as Edward went to the bathroom before laying down in the bed and thinking about things. Was she doing the right choices? It was definitely dangeours, that's for sure; she may even end up dead in a very near future. Even so, it was better than being alone, wasn't it? With all those doubts in her mind and no concrete answers to them, Suzanne just decided not to think about it for now; after all, she had already done her choices, and she'd go on with Edward to the bitter end, if necessary. After deciding on that, she stood up and picked her spear up, once again trying to understand the strange inscriptions on the handle. She still wondered what happened to Edward back on that tower, and Suzanne had a feeling that she wouldn't like the answer. Her thoughts were interrupted when Edward hugged her, an act which she gladly accepted, holding her hands over Edward's. "Ed...have you ever sought help as for your inner self?How long has it been there? I don't mind if it has no cure, but I'd like to spend the most time possible alongside you. Eru can bring us back from death, so it probably has something to help you with that too." She let go of one hand, caressing Edward's head with it instead while waiting for his answer. |

He sighed "I think physical damage is waaay easier to treat than mental damage... But with enough effort, I can handle it by myself, so it's ok for now... How long? About three years ago I think... counting time in the void is not that easy". He then happily enjoyed Suzanne's hand caressing him with a smile. |

Or rather, was it even a split personality? She shook her head lightly, still caressing Edward while thinking. It was hard to imagine having to struggle with yourself... "How does it feel like. Ed? Having another you inside of your mind?..." Suzanne wanted to better understand how Edward felt like, so that she might be able to somehow help him. |

After a few moments, he continued "When he is not actively trying to take over, he is just a voice, echoing inside my head. Luckily, he stays asleep most of the time, he just appears when he feels like it... And when he's trying to take over... Well, you have already seen it." After that, he would just wait for Suzanne to say something, enjoying her hand's warmth. |

I don't think I'd be able to cope with someone constantly trying to get control over my body..." Her expression had a hint of pity on it as she glanced at Edward over her shoulder, which gradually turned into a bright smile. "You can rely on me, alright? Don't shoulder everything on your own, let me carry your burden as well; that's why we're together, isn't it?" She turned around to lay a soft kiss on Edward's lips before grabbing his hand, her smile still as bright as ever. "Why don't we go out for a walk? We could get stronger together if you really want to do so. No more going out alone, alright? Promise me!" If Edward agreed to, Suzanne would leave the area with him. |
