| Nope, not one of them~ I don't understand the aversion towards sports animes. They are completely different from the sports they are based on. Real life baseball? I could care less, but Ookiku Furikabutte/One Outs/Major are all superbly awesome :) |

| Hmmm, gonna start with the famous one of all: Captain Tsubasa. And seeing how the animation style is pretty new, it has to be from the "Road to 2002" series. Although I don't know if there ever was a "Fair Play" banner scene. And judging from the kids t-shirts, AC Milan is playing, so I'm having doubts. Haven't seen too many sport anime, but they were all quite enjoyable. |

Little guys go against big guys & overcome the odds to win & if not win then gain ever-lasting friendship. It's the same with mecha for me. I guess I just avoid them, but that doesn't mean I'm completely opposed to giving something a chance if it's really good & original in its execution. Ping Pong Club is classified sports but it's hilarious & ecchi. I suppose I go for comedic instead of serious given the choice. Also like it when it's got horror or sci-fi incorporated somehow. Generally, I guess, I like shows that have many genres mixed together in them. btw ~ I haven't seen Prince of Tennis or Eyeshiled 21, so I can't comment on how they relate to my tastes. Hajime no Ippo is supposed to be awesome too, & I will prob watch it someday. |

I looked on youtube for the opening but only found the first one and it didn't have that scene. But there was one guy that had the "AC Milan" type t-shirt so I'll try my luck with this one ^_^ |
