| "Oh, I see. Heh, well you'll find I can be quite persuasive." |
| "It's not going to backfire. It'll be fine." |
| "You doubt me?" |
| "Why thanks." |
| Alistair smiled. |
| "So what would you like to do until the party?" He asked. |
| "I feel like going out somewhere...any ideas?" |
| "Unfortunately there are some things I need to see to first. We're getting low so I might need to go on a blood run and stop at the hospital. But then maybe we'll find something to do." |
| "Ah, wait, the werewolf's girlfriend already picked up a large quantity and left them in Lucas' dorm room back at the school. Maybe I'll pick those up tomorrow so we don't have to bother poor Mason for a while." |
| "All right, no need to be so dismissive." Said Alistair, finishing off his glass. "Anyway, have you got any ideas to occupy the time?" |
| "Great." |
| "I plan for the important things." |
| "Nope, not really. Although I suppose we could lounge around until this evening." |
| "Kind of boring, but what can you do?" [Sorry for such a late reply! I was away for a few days. No internet DX] |
| Lucas arrived with Adam Josef and Gwen at Alistair's front steps. |
| "The front door key is in my left pocket. can you get it?" Asked Lucas, who of course was still holding Adam. |
| "Thanks." Lucas replied. "Come on, not in the living room or he'll freak. My room is upstairs." Lucas said, walking towards the staircase." |
| They got to Lucas' room, and he pushed the door open. He lay Adam down on the bed. "I can't believe Joshua shot him." |
| "Well obviously he knew SOMETHING would happen." |
| "There's always that chance.'' |
| Lucas glanced at his cousin. "I hope he's okay." |
| LUcas unbuttoned Adam's shirt to examine the wound, but when he did, it looked as if he hadn't even been hurt at all. "What...?" |
| "Do...you think he made Adam like us?" |
| Just then Adam stirred slightly. Slowly, he opened his eyes and for a brief moment, they were completely black before returning to their normal blue. "Ah!" Lucas exclaimed in surprise. "Did you...?" He trailed off. |
| "Huh?" Adam said quietly. "Where am I?" "Relax, you're safe." Josef reassured him. Lucas turned to Gwen. "A demon?" He said, quiet enough so Adam wouldn't hear. "Joshua turned his son into a DEMON?" |
