| Alistair smiled. "Good!" |
| "Done already?" Alistair asked. |
| "Well, I can't wait. Show me tomorrow?" |
| "You've gone and got me excited now." |
| "So, you don't mind being my date then?" |
| "Oh, no reason." Said Alistair. |
| Alistair smiled. |

| "I think I'm going to go to bed for real now." Said Alistair. |
| "Well, you're the one who started playing piano." Said Alistair as he ascended the stairs. |
| "Vampires; extra good hearing remember?" Alistair called down. |
| In his room, Alistair lay down on his bed. Soon he was asleep. |
| Alistair woke up as the light started coming through his bedroom window. groggily, he got up and went downstairs, where he saw Evangeline sleeping on the couch. He smirked slightly and went into the kitchen. |
| Alistair took his glass from the night before, rinsed it out and filled it with blood. sitting down back in the living room. |
| "Good morning." He said pleasantly, taking a sip from his glass. |
| "The couch wasn't too uncomfortable, was it?" |
| "Lovely, that's good because tonight we're going to Par-tay." |
| "Of course I am.'' |
| "I'm sure we will.'' |
| "I'm going to check on Lucas. He'll need to get his stuff ready for tonight as well." |
| Alistair went back upstairs. |
| Alistair came to Lucas' room, which was still locked. "Oh Lucas~" he called. There was no answer. "I believe I had your suit dry cleaned since the last time. You know, to get the blood stains out of it." "Go away." Said Lucas; his voice sounded muffled behind the door. "I'm not even going to your stupid party." "Come on now, I'm sure Joshua would be very disappointed. Seeing as he IS your uncle and all. He knows vampires and the like exist anyway so I'm sure you'll be fine." "I'm not going." "Yes you are." |
| "Why are you so insistent on making me go?" Asked Lucas. "Because it'll be fun and I want you to have fun again." "I had fun before you hunted me down and tried to kill me." "You were kidding yourself." |
| "Besides, I wasn't trying to kill you." "You threatened my brother." "Just a little. I didn't mean it." |
| "So, you're coming." Said Alistair. "Or do I have to make you?" There was silence for a second and then an audible sigh from Lucas. "Fine. What time are we leaving?" "We have to be there at seven so we'll leave around six thirty ish." |
| Alistair came back downstairs, a triumphant smile on its face. "He's coming." |
