| ok actually this works great for us. madai i want you to focus your energy on finding the enemies and trapping them i will help you with long range so you can find an opening. danji youre taking medical so stay back, we may need you for later and yukio and kaoru will serve as our close range fighters protecting the bunch of us long range. we can win this if we work together as a team. any inputs yukio? |

"Me and you will need to work as a team to protect the others that are more of distance fighters. I must ask if you use any ninjutsu with your taijutsu or know any at all. If so tell me and I will come up with tactics on how me and you can fight. "You do want to protect your friends right?" he says calmly as he glares at her with his hazel eyes. |

"Not really, but they're not going to protect themselves. So someone has to do it. I just happen to be stuck with them" --- A large wire net is thrown and hovers above the group. At the same time half a dozen kunai with explosive tags are thrown at the ground around them. The wire net starts to drop towards them. In the chaos a few silent bone senbon are flung at Zen(Senbon - what Haku uses, long thin needle looking things.) |

| Yukio quickly grabs a hold of Kaoru putting her over his shoulder getting her and him away from the blast area. He sees the net descending upon his comrades and punches the air releasing a thunder wave to knock the net away. -1 CP 30 CP |

| Danji and Madai went over to Yukio. The net being knocked away from them. The senbon, unaffected by Zen's magnetic release head straight and true. Half a dozen of the piercing into his chest and arms. Madai disappeared in a puff of dead leaves. |

| Yukio not even thinking punches the air again and releasing a thunder wave knocking the senbon away. "Zen Madai dissapeared." he says frantically as he hold the other two genin close. "Did you see where it came from any of you? Zen also use your magnetic release to locate Madais weapons. |

Since Yukio did knock some of the senbon away let's say only one or two got Zen, so barely a wound.) Danji: Well... I can try, but i'm not used to puncture wounds. I generally only practice on slashes.... *Danji pulls the two Bone senbon out, wondering why anyone would use bone rather than metal. He began working on healing up the wounds and stopping them from bleeding.* Kaoru: What the hell!?!?! You can't even stop Madai from getting taken!?! Or you could just track madai using your magnetic release. She probably devised a trap if we did something so obvious. We will have to draw her out with something that is least obvious." he says calmly. He whispers in his ear. "Maybe you can transform as the girl and let her abduct you then when you get there let us know by making some sort of signal or I could do it and release an explosion to alert you guys to her position. It is your call." |

He speeds through the area and sees a girl squirming from under a shinobis arm. He doesn't engage and keeps a steady distance from her. Maybe I can see were she is keeping the other kid. |
| The shinobi dusted off an area with their feet revealing a stone slab. "Stop squirming Kaoru, try and act like a lady!" She stamped on the plate and it slid down a few inches and then off into the side of the earth leaving a tunnel. Kaoru: "Well, if you'd just let me down!" "Then you'll attack me again and we're back to square one. No deal" The shinobi, still with Kaoru under arm dropped down into the tunnel. |

| Yukio stops at a tree and examines the tunnel. He doesn't want to jump in to fast as she might notice he wait a bit to send a message to zen. "Hey she took Karou into a tunnel a couple of 100 meters from here. I will drop one of my kunai so you can track it. I'm going to pursue see you in a bit. Yukio out." he says over the headset. He jumps into the the cave keeping a distance from her and the kid. I wonder where this fucking tunnel leads. No wonder why this bitch got the drop on us. Well the best thing to do is follow. He follows them for some time wondering if this will ever end. leaving various metal shards behind for zen to follow almost like bread crumbs. |

| Mariko sighed. Sending one person down to scout was all well and good... but with all of them in a place of the enemies chosing. That just made it too easy, well hopefully they'd learn from this mistake. She went through the hand signs, finishing by touching the tunnel wall. The tunnel began collapsing around them. (Also around Yukio/Zen/Danji etc. the whole thing is going) With Kaoru still under arm she dove into the rocks above, digging her way though as they turned to sand around her body and coming out above ground. One of her clones was there to meet her, the one taking care of Madai. Mariko: "How do you feel about trying to make a False Surroundings to trick the others?" Madai: "Well, I can try. But that's a C-Rank you know.. they're hard." Mariko: "Oh lighten up, I'm sure you can pull it off." Madai goes through a slow steady set of hand seals. The area around them turning into a lush green grove, with a small pond and imprisoned by a thicket of trees. The tunnel's entrance in the middle of it, next to the pond. Mariko dropped Kaoru off on the grass and flashed a quick set of hand seals. Neither of the Genin noticed. (Not telling you what to avoid un-intentional meta-gaming. But she did do something, so just making sure to point out where she did it for later on.) Madai: "I did it!" (He's a genin doing a C-rank so it isn't going to be very hard to spot the flaws in his technique. Even though you two don't have much Gen experience.) Kaoru checked that her equipment was all still on correctly and then slide her blades out, moving to attack Mariko who fought her lazily with a kunai. Mariko: "You're getting better so fast it's rather scary Kaoru. Kaoru: "So does that mean you're acknowledging me now?" Mariko: "Not quite. Give it a year or two and then maybe you'll be at my level." Kaoru: "I'm not going to wait that long..." |

| Yukio senses a tremor in the ground and quickly runs the other way. heh I know I shouldnt have come down here. he says to himself as he runs into Zen and the boy. He quickly grabs both throwing them over his shoulders. As he comes to the end of the tunnle he looks up and concentrates his thunder chakra in his feet to blast them out of the hole. It creates a loud sound as they jettison out of the cave. As he begins his decent he aims for a tree and sets down there rather hard as the branches snap a bit but still hold there weight. "Well that was close." he says happily. -1 CP 34CP |
| *zen trusts yukio to get them out in time and focuses on sensing nearby metals. after 2 minutes of blocking everything else out to focus he senses half a dosen kunai aimed being moved from being grouped together and all being pointed at the same spot* kaoru must be trying to resist her captive. if i lock on the one of these kunai we should find her soon i found her!! *he motions the rest of the group to follow him* oh and thanks by the way *he just notices that yukio saved the group* |

| *zen and the group arrive to see kaoru facing some unknown shinobi* ok they havent noticed us so we still have the element of surprise. |

| *whispers to the group* ill engage him in between the two, you guys surround him so when he jumps back so that he cant escape. *zen pulls out a kunai and jumps in between the two then he slashes at the stranger* |
| Yukio quickly darts around them grabbing Karou putting her over his shoulder. "Sooo where is your friend?" he asks calmly to her. |
| Zen's slash goes straight through the target as if he had been slicing through air. (He had) Yukio's attempts to grab Kaoru end in him tripping himself when he braces to accommodate picking her up. The two figures keep fighting in the grove, seemingly un-aware of anything else around them. (Ok, re-iterate: You two/three are currently in a Genjutsu. The 'Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings that Madai has put up. Again, He's a genin doing a C-rank so it isn't going to be very hard to spot the flaws in his technique.
