Despite his silly behavior there is another side of him that scares those around him. All that is known about this side of him is that nobody seems to survive it except his allies. Elemental Affinity: Dark Release (i will not use the absorbing chakra and sending it back techniques so no need to worry about god modding) Kekkei Genkai: Madness- it is unknown if his kekkei genkai came from a clan or by any other means but he is cursed with an ocean of madness from deep within his body. His madness seems to be closely tied with his pain and anger but it can also be brought about if his is intrigued about something enough or if he feels a blood-lust at the moment. He is more prone to the madness during a full moon. While in a state of madness he grows much stronger and faster as well as an unpredictably beastial fighting style. Also in this state his blood clots much faster than before making him not have much blood loss. Since the madness can be brought out through pain he becomes stronger and stronger towards the end of the fight instead of becoming fatigued. He normally uses a Chinese broadsword as a main weapon but once in a state of madness black shadows form around his arms making long sharp demonic looking claws. While in a state of madness this black material that’s used to form the claws are used for other numerous techniques. Character Name: Kira "crow" (snow) Age: 28 Village: N/A? Rank: Jonin Personality: Arrogant, perceptive, frustrating Appearance: Kira stands at about five feet tall. Her hair flows like a waterfall straight down her back. She wears a tunic, of the same verity of rock lee, but a vibrant yellow. She carries a sword a hand and a half long that is strapped to her spine. The sheath to the blade is black, with a snow flake design exactly in the middle. Elemental Affinity: Snow/ice (the land of snow) Kekkei Genkai: Temperature manipulation: The temperature manipulation is rather unique. Over the years, several ninja spread threw out the world have shown similar capabilities, but none near as frigid as her own. With the flick of a hand, or the beckoning of a finger plus the fine control over her Chakra Kira is able to drop the temperature with in a body of liquid (be it a lake, or the H2O molecules in the air) and freeze them. Depending on the size of water and depth determines the length of time in which the water will take to freeze. She must be in direct contact with the liquid in order to freeze it as well. Succinct Chakra control: All ninja from the land of snow have this ability. it allows the user to more finely focus their Chakra. For an example of this, would be their armour that a few of them make, to negate Genjutsu and ninjutsu techniques upon them. This ability has a few specialized forms such as to make the armour, or to set up weapons. No user has more than one specialization for this Genkai. Kira can only use it with her weaponry, making it able to deflect ninjutsu. Specialty: Taijustsu, and ninjutsu. Bio: Academy days: Like every large village, the land of snow formed an academy to train their shinobi. The academy taught students various ninja arts, including camouflage, weaponry, Ninjutsu, Taijutsu and Genjutsu as well as a few more. Kira was viewed as sort of a poor student, in fact barely being able to top at number fifteen, of twenty students in her class. The four beneath her, they hadn't even passed. She was put on a team, a standard team of 3 students and a sensei. Mission 1-2: The king of the land of snow set up various missions for his ninja to complete, to help and secure the safety of his citizens. The first mission given to the team known as team 7 was to defend a small group of civilians from a group of rogue shinobi. The mission went rather well, in fact so well that Kira's sensei suspected it to have been rigged. The only other person in the party to notice anything was Kira. Seeing this, her sensei decided to pull her out of the group, and give her individual lessons, for jutsu from the old days of the land of snow. He explained to her that the jutsu that he was to teach her, was jutsu passed from only one shinobi to a pupil, and only one. If a pupil defected, they must be hunted and exterminated. Mission 2-2: the second mission was similar to the first, the king told Kira's sensei to have his team meet at a specified location. They were to watch two people do a transaction, and to kill anyone who attempted to inter fear in the transaction. In doing so, they would hold the esteem and pride of the land of snow; however, what he didn't tell them is who would be interfering. When the aggressors appeared, and were slain, they found out the identity of the victim. It was the king’s only air to the throne. Betrayed and betrayer: After the death of the kings air, the king went berserk; or so it seemed. He called in help from the surrounding lands to have the ninja executed; however, no one answered his call. He attempted to calm down, and set them up another mission. The mission was more rigged more so then any other. This time, when they were given the mission the sensei pulled Kira aside. He spoke quietly, "Kira, if things get out of hand, I want you to flee. I have family in the land of stone, go there." She had no choice but to agree, even if she didn't like it. Not surprisingly, things started out terrible. it was to escort a caravan. The wheels of the cart broke, the children got sick, the wife died of a heart attack... but like Mormons, they forced themselves to continue. Half way between the destination and the beginning point, the "shit" really hit the fan. The three rogue ninja arose from the ground, and ambushed the group. Kira began flashing hand signs, but before she could cast it her sensei shot her a hand sign that he had been teaching her. He told her to run. She cursed him, but took to her hills. Just as she reached the top of the hill, she glanced back... it was a slaughter house... her entire team was being cut to pieces right in front of her eyes. Tears blinded her but she fled the country, never to return... Genin days, in the land of stone: the first few days after her arrival were rough for her, and the family of the sensei. They nick named her the crow, because like a crow she brought bad news with her. Being only thirteen at the time, she was prone to crying. Those days she learned to control her emotions and quite a lot more. Her Kekkei Genkai revealed itself, and not only that, but her ability to control her chakra finely. Unfortunately however for her, she was a lone wolf. All students her age were already assigned a team, so she was forced to do missions by herself. Due to this, she was first assigned low ranking missions. Because of this, she learned and was able to protect more Taijutsu and ninjutsu techniques. Chunin battle begin!: Kira was trained to be a Chunin very differently than most at the time. Most Chunin participated in a world tournament where the participants who are deemed adequate in the shinobi arts, receive Chunin rank. Kira took the test against the Tsuchikage. She barely survived his test, but was able to prove that not only did she deserve the test, but deserved his special trust. From then on out she ran personal A ranked missions for him, for surveillance on both allied and enemy countries, and ran assassin missions for him. |

Appearance: (If you use a picture, please use a spoiler) Elemental Affinity: Shadow Kekkei Genkai: Morisane Death Glare - A subtle ninjutsu projected from the eyes marks the targets chakra. The mark spells death for that person as any Morisane can find them and kill them if the one who made the mark fails. The mark persists for one week after the users death or until the user marks someone else. What this means is that all it does is mark the victim as a target and the effect wears off in a week or if the person who marked you marks someone else. Demonic Blood - Ability to use forbidden techniques for half the cost and regardless of rank, but the Morisane's reputation as monsters precede them. They always seem to have this aura that screams of death, which makes other people nervous. The Mist - (Prerequisite: Member of the 4th Branch Family, any level, gone through a certain ritual) Smog escapes from the users body and be directed. The smog makes it painful to breathe or even open eyes, slowly but surely asphyxiating anyone in the cloud. It also makes it very difficult to tell where you're going so it can be mistaken for a genjutsu. When used together with the obfuscation technique in darkness or night the shinobi is almost impossible to detect. Shadow release - (Prerequisite: Member of the 4th Branch Family, any level) Allows the shinobi to use chakra to bend darkness. Unlike shadow clones, clones made with this release don't take a hit and then vanish but persist as long as it is dark and are hard to hit in general. The obfuscation technique is an example of the shadow release. Specialty: Stealth and Assassination. (ninjutsu and ninja tools) Bio: The Morisane are amongst the most powerful shinobi families on the planet. Although their origins are unknown their reputation far precedes them as monsters. They have a long history of rage, steel, blood, deceit, and assassinations. There is a main family and two known branch families. The head family runs the political affairs, the first branch family, called the Sabers, protects the head family, and the second branch family makes up their main force of servants and soldiers. However, there are two families unknown to the public: The third branch family is a backup for the head branch but for now they handle finances and information. The fourth and final branch family is only allowed to have 7 members at any one time. They specialize in assassination, stealth, and espionage. This is where Charlotte comes in. She was trained and conditioned since birth to be an assassin and has shown a gift for it. Already having completed 100 contract killings, and she's only 12. She follows the rules without question including keeping her identity a secret. If it ever becomes known then she may never return alive. It's rather easy to keep under that rule with The Mist and the obfuscation technique. At night she's nearly undetectable. |
