It would probably be the Ghost Story dub or Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure. Although I haven’t watched the anime Nichijou My Ordinary School Life is also funny.

Definitely grand blue it's hilarious from the first episode itself. The only other shows that actually made me laugh as much as grand blue are hinamatsuri, gintama, pre-timeskip one piece and kaguya sama

hell yeah dude, the ghost story dub is hilarious, definitely worth a watch.

my recommandations beside that one would be kyoukai no rinne, onepunch man, kyuuketsuki sugu shinu, ishuzoku reviewers and golden boy (last 2 ones are more of the lewd comedy type).

It's Kaguya-sama and Konosuba for me.
I might get slandered for saying this but Grand Blue for me is overrated and I didn't find it very funny overall, just saying.

Kaguya Sama is amazing comedy
Gintama has not only great comedy but very impactful dramatic moments as well(haven't watched)

My personal favorites would be Grand blue, Gintama, Saiki k, Beelzebub, Setokai Yakuindomo, Ghost stories (the dub version only).
