| Right now, I got Persona 5, SAOAGG, Tokyo Ghoul:re and Darling in Franx in my watch list. There are a lot of anime airing but I dunno how many are actually worth checking out. |

And, well, this IS a TM club after all, so the non-TM thread was kinda the official general chat room of the club. It was made specifically to contain all off-topic. |

| I find it hard to like Zero Two. Why do people like her so much? Because she's aggressive? She have shown to only cares about one person. If you are not that one person, how can you stand her? |

| She's different. Partial race gives some exotic element to her. She is whimsical around only one special person and is fierce about it. She is pretty and pink. She has all the right curves and isn't afraid to show it. She's voice by Haruka Tomatsu (a high tier seiyuu). Pretty much ticks off everything an average man would want in a fuck buddy that takes the lead. Sex and loyalty to one person. I purposely left out some controversial stuff to avoid painting a bullseye on my back. Edit: Knowing the Japanese otaku culture, I'm worried about Ichigo's seiyuu getting death threats and such. |

| I like 02 because she has a fun personality, she's got good looks, she's strong, and she's got a really touching backstory that perfectly explains a lot of her personality quirks and actions leading up to the current point in the story. I feel like she's been really unstable lately due to her monster dna acting up(like we've seen her horns and teeth growing an shit). She's not a good person by any means, but that's not necessarily her fault since the adults treated her like a tool and preformed torturous experiments on her, while also convincing her to believe that killing klaxosaurs will make her human(that's led her having to kill most of her Franxx partners in order to reach that goal). At the end of the day the poor girl just wanted to be with the boy who treated her with love and kindness for the first and only time of her life, but was mislead into a path of death and destruction by "Papa"and the APE. I feel like last episode can be a potential turning point for Zero Two's character, now that she realizes that what she was doing up to this point was wrong and is not going to get her closer to being human if she stays on this path. @Genkii The death threats are ridiculous, especially towards the seiyuu who has no control over the script or story. I mean I had my issues with the last episode due to all the forced drama delaying the inevitable, but people are going to far honestly. |

| No i dont think shes a good character, she is a garbage tier character. Waifu figure magnet for otaku in their basements to get wet and go outside for a 5 min to buy that figure. Just another trash generic cliche same as the whole cast of that show, cant belive how low Trigger went. |

| Hmm, the me a decade ago would have really enjoyed that episode of Franxx but the me now, while I thought it was alright can clearly see how this show really has no substance and it's pulling the typical 'create force drama, but lets quickly backpedal and resolve it the next ep.' It feels as though they're afraid to upset the fans and are playing it a bit safe, change things on the fly and not commit. I could be over thinking it. They do know how to keep us by the balls with foreshadowing events and adding touches of some grim dark elements. I still enjoy Franxx and Haruka Tomatsu's voice acting was damn good. Made me like Zero Two and the actress a tad more. |
| At least the drama is over with, until they happen again.. What is the odd of Ichigo giving up Hiro for good anyway? At some point this show has turn into romance anime with the side of mecha. |

| I believe Ichigo is gonna give up on Hiro for good, afterall when they linked in the Franxx and she was going through his memories it was literally all about Zero Two. She has Gobro to fall back on, so it should fine. Also I'd rather get this forced love triangle melodrama out of the way, considering we have so many other important things in the plot to focus on like the origin of the klaxosaurs, the nines, and Papa/APE's twisted ambitions. Also it was just really satisfying to see Hiro and Zero Two make up and learn from their mistakes. |

| Now that that's over, we can finally get some deep plot and other character developments happening on Darling in the NTR. And I can now enjoy some Ichigo arts again. |

| Hoping we learn more about the nines in the coming episodes, I can't tell if they're all male, gender fluid, or just reverse position compared to the normal Franxx piloting structure. Also they got them horns like Zero Two has. We have to wait another week though, no episode next week. |

| Any stated reason for them skipping a week? And I just remembered how unhype that moment was when the opening music kicked in during the transformation. I can't be the only one that felt it was cheesy and too low energy for such a moment? Definitely no Sorairo Day that's for sure. |

| I an just waiting for Souma's Unlimited Blade Works. I wasn't much of fan of the train arc. The current arc in the manga though is pretty dope. |

| Yeah the train arc felt pretty dragged in the manga, but going by the pacing so far in the anime, it should be better in that regard at least. I can't wait till the anime catches up tbh, the stuff going with Erina in the manga currently has been pure gold. |
