A guild house at the eastern part of the town |
| As Riara walks in a small dog made of earth, stone and sand jumps on to her knocking her down "God damnit Torgo! Don't go jumping on people when they walk in" Romule scolds him "I'm sorry about that miss, Torgo is a bit hasty with new people and things" he adds |
| Ledo Ledo steps into the guild building as well, he hadn't seen his face on any wanted posters around here so her thought it was safe enough to take off his hood and mask. He pushed back his hood, revealing white long hair and pointed ears, he pulled the mask off so it hung around his neck, revealing the bottom half of his face. |
| As Torgo gets off the Riara, Romule helps her up and nods to Ledo as a greeting. "So, you're here to join guild?" Romule asks |
| Ledo Ledo smiles, as he usually is seen doing and nods his head. Yes I am. |
| "i am too" Riara replies "i see, well welcome, questboard is there, even though it is empty at the moment, some group of adventurers cleaned it up. That mis over there at the counter will serve you food and drink. Male and female living quarters are there and there and this ia the main area" Romule explains pointing at every location as he mentions them |
| Ledo He nods and brushes past Riari to go to the bar, in doing so, he took her coin purse. It would have been near impossible to register the fact since he was so experienced and had years of practice, but he could always play it off as a joke if they found out, which was unlikely. |
| A Tiefling walks to the counter, "What would you want?" he asks from Ledo Romule walks up to the bar, "Baril, tea please" he says |
| Ledo Ledo looks at the Tiefling and thinks for a second, You have any Elfish white wine? He asks, pulling a gold piece from the coin purse he had just stolen and slapping it on the counter. He brushes back his white hair and speaks again, And don't water it down, it tastes terrible if you do. |
| "Yes Romule, the regular one perhaps?" Baril asks from Romule "Yes, the regular one" Romule replies and Baril serves the tea Then he turns to Ledo "Elvish white wine, hmm..." Baril serves a glass of white wine and pushes the coin aside as he shows the bottle "Is Legne alright sir?" he adds |
| Ledo Ledo nods once and pulls off his gloves. He then draws a dagger and starts to pick his nails clean. |
| Riara walks to the counter, "A cup of tea please" she says. "What tea would you like?" Baldir asks "Surprise me" Riara replies After a while Baldir comes back with cup of tea, "Knetty flower tea, hope you enjoy" he says. |
| Ledo Ledo sheaths the small dagger and takes the wine, raising it to his lips and drinking deeply. Ahhhh, that tastes of home, he says, thudding the tankard back onto the counter. Out of boredom he begins to manipulate the growth of a flower, slowly blooming from between a crack in the counter's wood. It was a marigold, one of Ledo's favorites, he touched one of the petals gently. He plucked it out and handed it to Riara, There you are. Do you like Marigolds? |
| "They are beautiful, but they're not my favorite" Riara replies and takes a sip from her tea |
| Ledo He takes another drink of his wine and sets it back down, Then which are your favorite? Roses? Daisies? Tulips? Poppies? Maybe daffodils? As he said each flowers name, they bloomed from the counter in front of her. |
| Riara gives a small giggle "No, Lotus flowers are my favorite" she replies |
| Ledo Ledo grins and gestures with his hand. Lotus flowers bloom out of the table, forming a beautiful wreath, Ledo picks it up and puts it on Riara's head. He picks his wine back up and takes a sip. |
| Riara blush little "thank you" she says and sips her tea |
| Ledo Ledo finishes his wine and sets it back on the counter. He looks around, So what is this guild all about? He asks Romule. |
| Romule perks up to this question and stops drinking his tea "I'm glad you asked, this guild is for adventurers as you might have guessed. This is a main hub for adventurers to find adventurers and find new partners to travel with. We offer shelter, food, drink and quests to adventurers and they pay us by being members of the guild and representing us on their quests." He explains and gets back to his tea "Baldir, could you fill the cup please?" he asks "Yes sir" Baldir replies and fills the cup |
| Ledo Ledo pulled out some fletching supplies and grew some wood out of the counter. He snapped the wood off and began to carve out the shaft to an arrow. |
| Sabriel entered the guild having just got back from a mission, "Romule, the guy who gave the mission was a fake and didnt have enough cash to even get close to the price he announced" Sabriel was slightly bloodied yet it wasnt exactly her blood more whichever she had killed, there was also more grime that blood. She hadnt realised the newcomer, so she quickly turned to greet him "Whats an elf doing so far away from home?" she asked curiously, which was a slight contradiction since she looked like an elf during the day |
| Ledo Ledo looked at her curiously, Why would an Elf like yourself ask me that? He says, hopping off his stool at the bar and putting the unfinished arrow shaft back on the counter along with the fletching knife. He turned to face her and stepped forward, looks like she might have a wee bit of gold. He pretends to trip and stumbled towards her, knocking her to the ground and falling on top of her, of course he had done this on purpose to steal her coin purse. Which he now pocketed as he lay on top of her, Sorry bout that, he says, getting to his feet and helping her up. |
| Sabriel sighed, did this elf take her for an idiot? She had lived her long enough to know that was on purpose, after all she had tried to do it once or twice before she found a steady income through missions. Rejecting hid offer to help her up she was up in one agile jump. "I asked first. Now. Give." she said firmly holding her hand out. |
| Ledo He sighed and pulled out the purse, handing it back to her with a sly smile. Thought I could find easier pickings up here, plus I'm wanted back home for reasons I'd rather not share. |
| "You came to the wrong guild runaway then" she said while pocketing her purse "Most people her a people with the same or better skill you've just tried to pull on me" she said not really caring. She looked out the window and saw the sun was still high in the sky. looking out of the window every three minute's had become a habit now for her |
| Ledo He gestured with his hand and a white rose sprouted from her breastplate, Forgive me, I can see that now. I ain't running though, I'd rather go on adventures and such, kill some Orcs, drink wine, find some nice women to bed with. He strides back to his stool and takes a seat, going back to the carving of the arrow shaft. Say. Any Orcs been stirring up trouble in these lands as of late? |
| Her breath hitched slightly in her throat, as if he were twisting a dragged in her gut. "No, no Orcs have been here lately" except you, Sabriel a hated voice piped up in her mind. She sent a knowing look towards the master yet didnt sit down |
| Romule sighs "Could you two stop fighting, and mister, could you please not try to steal from other guild members, you don't want to know what will happen if i have to do something about that, Sabriel can tell you about that..." He says and takes a sip from his tea. He sighs again "So another fake huh... there has been quite many of them recently, maybe we should start investigating this problem" he adds |
| Ledo Ah well then I should give this back then, he says with a sigh as he hands Riara back her coin purse. Force of habit I guess. He had let out a tsk when Sabriel said there were no Orcs around, Damn, I was hoping to gut myself some Orc, measly bastards they are. |
| Sabriel propped a small, empty looking leather pouch in front of the master "thats all they were able to cough up" she sighed not facing the newcomer. It had been a slight Taboo ever since she got there to talk about Orcs like that, the reason wasnt really known exactly, just since they were all from different nooks and crannies of the land no race really badmouthed other races, except customers that didnt want to pay up. She sat down as far away from Ledo as possible and rested her head on the counter. If the stupid elf joined this was going to be a long several hundred years, maybe she should take out more missions and frequent the guild less? Yet then again that was out of the option since there was now missions on the board right now, she let out an inaudible groan |
| Ledo He heard the groan and turned to Sabriel, You right there? He manipulated some daisies to grow around her head out of the wood, the pollen would most likely make her sneeze. It was something Ledo always did when he someone needed a giggle. |
| So an orc hater... he might become pain Romule thinks to himself and takes a sip from his tea. "So they even pay less everytime, we really have to investigate this. Sabriel from now on try to get any info that might help us, wherever you go... even if they are just rumors, they might help us" Romule says "Would you like something miss Sabriel?" Baldir asks as she sits down |
| she sneezed and glared at the Elf yet ignored him other than that, "Usual please, and drop the honorific Baldir" she admonished half heartedly "yes master, when will the board have requests anew?" |
| Ledo He laughed at her response, she looked funny when she glared. He began to manipulate, albeit sneakily so she wouldn't notice, the growth of poppies all over her armor. Covering her in a sheet of flowers, he grinned to himself. Can i get some more of that wine thanks? He asked the bartender. |
| When she felt a mussel in her armour and looked down she stood up abruptly, sending the chair clattering to the ground, "Goddam fucking damn it Elf! Can you not already see I m not in the mood?" she seethed glaring anew |
| Ledo Ledo looked at her in mock innocence, Whatever could you be talking about? He asks as he makes two daisies droop over her eyes, he stiffles a laugh at the ridiculous sight of the poppy armored she-elf. |
| "There will be new requests soon, courier had little trouble at Burndim, he should be here in couple days" Romule says to Sabriel Torgo starts growling to Ledo as it notices Sabriel getting angry. It bites lightly Ledos leg to notify him that he is going too far Baldir fills Ledos glass and serves Sabriel a pint of strong looking ale "I'm sorry Sabriel, i've run out of master Romules ale, we will get more next week when he gets it done." He says to her Romule sighs "Already Baldir? i think i need to start making it in larger quantities" he says |
| She ignored Baldir, something she had never done and ripped away the daiseis she growled, something that was not in an Elf's nature, "Fuck off" yet then as if having a better solution she chucked her arms in the air "Know what? I think I'll just fucking fuck off!" She said pissed as she stalked towards the entrance/exit while riding the flowers out of her armour and muttering colourful curses under her breath |
| Ledo Ledo grunted as Torgo bit his leg, AH! The hell you want beasty! He says pushing the thing (not sure what it is xD) off of his leg. He stands up and limps after Sabriel, Oi! Hang on a second! It was a joke! He calls out to her. |
| She had already walked out and left, without looking back, the quicker she got away the wuicker she could cool down and the quicker the snarls would dissapear |
| Ledo Ledo follows her outside. |

| "Two little tips you might need, never annoy her and don't chase her, she doesn't like it" Romule says as Ledo sits down and takes a drink from the ale Riara finishes her tea, "is there a workshop or something nearby?" se asks Romule looks at her and notices the trap she has next to her "A trapmaker huh, well sadly the trapmaker lives at the another side of the city." he replies |
| Ledo Strange Elf she is... he mumbles into his cup as he takes another sip. |
| "Oh if you'd just know... She is lot more than just an elf" Romule says and finishes the pint of ale |
| Ledo Bet she is... He says as he drinks, not understanding that Romule meant it literally. |
| Torgo jumps on the counter and takes the arrow shaft from Ledos hand, running around the bar area with it "God damnit Torgo, give the stick back to him!" Romule scolds it and Torgo returns the stick looking sad |
| Ledo He laughs and takes the stick from the dog, he then scratches the dog behind the ears. |
